"Live for the things in life, that you can take with you into death." - Bagwahn Ragneesh

I feel that it is important for us to address our bodies with the intention of overall wellness.  Our physiology deeply affects our psychology, and vice versa.  To open and release the body from tightness, enables energy to flow freely throughout.  Stretching the body eccentrically allows for that energy to empower you through new flexibility.

I have been doing physical training with clients over the past 20 years, and have never found something as profound as eccentric stretching.  I have incorporated this practice into my clients regime with tremendous results.  Each person I work with is an honor and opportunity to help engage overall wellness.

Through this practice I have learned that the more elastic the body becomes, is in direct proportion to the mind being more open, flexible, and intuitive within itself.

The practice of resistance stretching is a cumulative process.  With each session building upon the next.  You may experience, and evaluate, a deeper connection with your body.  This connection can be a deeply healing, nourishing, and a restorative process.

It will complement and assist your quality of life forever.  Namaste.
